甜茶皂甙对口腔变形链球菌粘附性影响的研究
Rubrus Suarissimus S.Lee Saponin effects on adhering of Streptococcus Mutans
【摘要】 目的:探讨甜茶皂甙对口腔变形链球菌的影响作用。方法:将不同浓度甜茶皂甙各10ml分为6个实验组,分别加入0.1ml变形链球菌液和玻棒,阴性对照组加入0.1ml变形链球菌和10ml基础培养液,空白对照组加入基础培养液,厌氧培养48h后用分光光度计测OD值,表示变形链球菌的粘附能力。结果:在甜茶皂甙的浓度≥0.625g/100ml时,变形链球菌对玻棒的粘附低于无甜茶皂甙的阴性对照组,p<0.01,差异非常显著。当甜茶皂甙的浓度<0.625g/100ml时,变形链球菌对玻棒的粘附与无甜茶皂甙的阴性对照组相比无显著性差异,p>0.05。结论:甜茶皂甙是高甜度、低热能、无毒的甜味物质,试验表明具抑制变形链球菌的粘附作用,有望成为一种新型的非致龋性糖代用品。
【Abstract】 Objective:To assess the effect of Rubrus Suarissimus S.Lee saponin on Streptococcus Mutans. Method: Different concentrations Rubrus Suarissimus S.Lee saponin was divided into 6 treatment groups,each group added 10ml Rubrus Suarissimus S.Lee saponin,0.1 ml Streptococcus Mutans and glass rod. The negative control added 0.1 ml Strepto-coccus Mutans and 10 ml base fluid. Blank control added 10 ml base fluid. Each group was measured the optical density (OD)by spectrophotometer after anaerobic culturing 48 h. Result:When Rubrus Suarissimus S.Lee saponin was up to or higher than 0.625 g/100 ml,the adhering glass rod of Streptococcus Mutans was significantly lower than the negative con- trol (P<0.01). The higher Rubrus Suarissimus S.Lee saponin was,the lower the adhering glass rod of Streptcoccus mutans was. When Rubrus Suarissimus S.Lee saponin is lower than 0.625 g/100 ml,the adhering glass rod of Streptococcus Mutans was no difference with the negative control(.P>0.05). Conclusion:Rubrus Suarissimus S.Lee saponin inhibts Strepto-coccus Mutans adhering. It may be anticariogenic and as a sugar substitute.
