【摘要】 目的:观察单根管桩核冠用于磨牙残冠修复的临床疗效。方法:实验组67个磨牙残冠采用单根管固位制作桩核冠;对照组42个磨牙残冠采用分体插销式铸造桩核冠修复。1年后随访,观察两组的临床疗效。结果:实验组单根管固位修复体桩核松动1个,其余桩核X线片显示桩核与根管结合紧密,修复效果良好。对照组分体插销式铸造桩核冠无松动。结论:采用单根管桩核修复磨牙残冠具有制作简单,疗效好的优点,与多根管分体桩核修复无显著性差异(p>0.05)。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the clinical observations about post and core of molar fixed in single root canal which used to restore badly broken-down molar.Method:To make cast post-core of 67 badly broken-down molar in the single root canal.On the control group,we made multiple root canal post.After that,we fixed it with full crown.To observe the result after 1 year.Result:We discovered movement in 1 tooth which be fixed at single root canal post-core,and ob-served that other tooths and control group did not move and fitting between post-core and radicular inner wall is very well.Conclusion:It was well simple way that used single post and core of badly broken-down molar fixed in single root canal.It was no significant difference between single root canal post and multiple root canal post.更多还原
