【摘要】 目的:对抗精神病药致肠梗阻的临床特点进行分析。方法:对53例精神疾病患者在药物治疗过程中合并肠梗阻的临床表现、腹部X线检查及预后进行比较。结果:53例患者中,以40岁以上、服用抗精神病药5年以上及服用氯氮平(45.2%)后发生肠梗阻较为多见;临床表现均有渐进式腹胀、肠鸣音减弱或肠鸣音消失;腹部X线检查均可见肠管扩张及液平面;经治疗后49例痊愈,4例死亡。结论:各类抗精神病药均可引起肠梗阻,腹部X线检查有助于早期确诊。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the clinical features of paralytic ileus caused by antipsychotic drug Method:Clinical features,abdominal X ray examination and prognosis were analysed in 53 psychotics patients with ileus during antipsychotic treatment. Results:The patients who over 40 year old,received antipsychotic treatments for more than 5 years and treated with clozapine (45.2%) suffered bowel obstruction easily.And gradual abdominal distension,weak or disappeared bowel sound or disappear were observed.Intestinal canal distension and fluid level were seen in X-ray examination.49 of those patients finally recovered after treatment and 4 died. Conclusion:All kinds of antipsychotic drug can cause paralytic ileus,X-ray examination can early diagnose of ileus.更多还原
