【摘要】 目的:评价奎硫平治疗女性精神分裂症的疗效及安全性。方法:女性精神分裂症患者72例,随机分为奎硫平组35例和利培酮组37例,疗程12周。采用阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)评价疗效,治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)及实验室检查评价安全性。结果:奎硫平组显效率为65.7%,有效率为88.6%,利培酮组分别为67.6%和83.8%,两组差异无显著性;两组体质量较治疗前均显著增加。结论:奎硫平治疗女性精神分裂症疗效与利培酮相当,均能引起体质量增加。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To evaluate the efficacy and safety of quetiapine to treat female schizophrenics. Method:72 female schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into quetiapine group(n=35)and risperidone group(n=37).The therapeutic period was 12 weeks.Our study used positive and negative symptoms scale(PANSS) were usedto evaluate the efficacy and the treatment emergent symptoms scale to evaluate the safety. Results:There were no significant differences between quetiapine group and risperidone group in markedly response rate(65.7% vs 67.6%)and improved rate(88.6% vs 83.8%).The body weights in both groups were significantly increased after treatment. Conclusion:Quetiapine has similar efficacy as risperidone in treatment of female schizophrenic patients,with body weights increase.更多还原
