【摘要】 目的:了解精神疾病患者首诊情况及给予精神健康指导的作用。方法:调查453例精神疾病患者,了解其首诊情况,并进行精神健康指导,随访1年,观察指导前后的差别。结果:有141例患者首诊于非精神科,在到精神科就诊前,大多不能得到正确的诊断和治疗,给予精神健康指导后,患者和家属对精神疾病和用药有关知识的了解有显著提高,依从性增加,复发率降低。结论:应加强精神卫生的宣传,使精神疾病患者能及早获得正确诊断与治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the status of first visiting doctor in patients with mental disorders and the effect of health education.Method:453 patients with mental disorders were investigated the status of their first visiting doctors and then received health education.All the patients were followed up for 1 year.Results:Among all the patients,141 patients with mental disorders didn’t visit psychiatric department at the first time.It was difficult for the patients with mental disorder to be diagnosed and treated correctly in non-psychiatric departments.The compliance was improved and the recurrence rates were decreased in the patients received heath education.Conclusion:The knowledge of mental health should be publicized widely in order to help the patients to get appropriate diagnosis and treatments.更多还原
