【摘要】 目的:探讨国产奥氮平治疗精神分裂症的临床疗效及其对生活质量的影响。方法:将64例精神分裂症患者随机分为奥氮平组和氯氮平组治疗8周,于治疗前后用阳性与阴性症状量表(PAN-SS)和治疗中出现的症状量表(TESS)评定其疗效和不良反应,生活质量量表(GQOLI-74)分析患者的生活质量。结果:奥氮平组与氯氮平组疗效差异无显著性(P>0.05);奥氮平组生活质量各维度改善均优于氯氮平组。结论:国产奥氮平和氯氮平对于精神分裂症的疗效相当,对提高精神分裂症患者的生活质量明显优于氯氮平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the influence of domestic olanzapine on clinical efficacy and quality of life. Method:64 patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into olanzapine group and clozapine group for 8 weeks.The efficacy and adverse effects were evaluated with positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)and treatment emergent symptoms scale(TESS).The quality of life of patients with schizophrenia was accessed by General Quality of Life Inventory(GQOLI-74). Results:There was no significant difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups.Patients in olanzapine group had more improvement in areas of life quality compared with patients in clozapine group. Conclusion: Domestic olanzapine have similar clinical efficacy as clozapine in the treatment of schizophrenia,with more improvement in quality of life compared to clozapine.更多还原
