聚醚型水性聚氨酯乳液改性及性能研究
Study on Modification and Properties of Polyether-type Waterborne Polyurethane Emulsion
【摘要】 以聚醚(N210)、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、一缩二乙二醇(DEG)及蓖麻油(C.O.)为主要原料,二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)为亲水扩链剂,三乙胺为中和剂制备了稳定的阴离子水性聚氨酯乳液(WPU),研究了NCO/OH(物质的量之比,下同)、DMPA用量及蓖麻油加入量对WPU的耐水性、稳定性及力学性能的影响。研究结果表明:改性后的乳液具有较好的稳定性,适量的蓖麻油可提高胶膜的拉伸强度及耐水性;当蓖麻油聚醚质量比为3∶7、DMPA用量为5%、NCO/OH值为1.3时,WPU综合性能最好。
【Abstract】 The stable waterborne polyurethane(WPU) was prepared using toluene diisocyanate(TDI),polyether polyol(N210) and dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA) as main raw materials and castor oil(C.O.) as crosslinking agent.The effects of NCO/OH molar ratio,doses of DMPA and C.O.on water-resistance,stability and mechanical properties of the waterborne polyurethane were studied.The results showed that modified WPU possessed good stability.Suitable amount of C.O.improved tensile strength and water-resistance of the film.The comprehensive property of WPU was excellent when mass ratio of C.O./polyether was 3∶7,DMPA mass fraction was 5 %,NCO/OH ratio was 1.3.
