【摘要】 目的对青少年精神分裂症患者和正常青少年生活事件、应对方式作对照分析,以便在临床工作中,为患者实施心理干预措施提供依据。方法采用青少年生活事件量表(ASLEC),特质应对方式问卷(TCSQ),对74例青少年精神分裂症患者及87例正常青少年进行测评,并对测评结果加以比较。结果与对照组比较,病例组在学习压力、受惩罚、健康适应、其他因子和总分方面得分均较高,有显著性差异(P<0.01,P<0.05),患者大多采用消极的应对方式(P<0.01),较少采用积极的应对方式(P<0.05)。消极应对方式与人际关系、学习压力、受惩罚、健康适应、其他因子和总分方面呈正相关(P<0.01),积极应对方式与人际关系、学习压力因子和总分方面呈负相关(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论青少年精神分裂症患者发病可能与负性生活事件、不良应对方式有关。减轻青少年的学习压力、受惩罚度,使其获得良好的身心健康和积极应对负性生活事件的能力,便于更好地适应未来生活。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the life event and coping mode between adolescent with schizophrenia and normal adolescent,so as to provide psychological intervention for them during clinical treatment in future. Methods 78 patients with schizophrenia and 87 normal adolescent were interviewed by self-made questionnaire,ASLEC,TCSQ and then analyzed the datum of compring results. Results Compred with the control group,the adolescents with schizophrenia in the disease group have higher scores in study pressure,punishment,health adaptation,total score and other scores. The patients in disease group mostly adapted negative coping style. There is positive correlation between negative coping and study pressure,punishment,health adaptation,total score and other scores,while negative correlation between positive coping and interpersonal relations,study pressure and total score. Conclusion The adolescent with schizophrenia may have to do with negative life event and coping mode. We should alleviate study pressure,negative coping and strengthen psychological intervention for them so that they can adapt to future life well.更多还原
