【摘要】 目的了解焦虑情绪对消化性溃疡患者疾病相关知识认知度的影响。方法采用自行设计的一般情况和相关知识问卷调查表以及焦虑自评量表(SAS)对消化性溃疡患者进行调查,获得32例有焦虑症状,选择35例无焦虑的消化性溃疡患者作对照调查,比较两组对疾病相关知识认知程度。结果两组在了解保持情绪稳定和合理饮食知识方面有显著性差异(χ2=4.758,χ2=5.902,P<0.05)。结论及早评估患者的情绪状态,了解疾病相关知识掌握程度,采取预见性护理干预对策,对预防发病和复发起积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the influence of negative emotions on peptic ulcer patients’ self-management knowledge and make countermeasure.Methods 67 peptic ulcer patients in our hospital were investigated with SAS and questionnaire for the patients’ general situation and self-management knowledge,and fall into two groups according to the positive SAS or negative,compare the self-management knowledge about peptic ulcer in two groups.Results The difference is significance between two groups in keeping emotion steady and appropriate diet(χ2=4.758,χ2=5.902,P<0.05).Conclusion Negative emotions can affect the peptic ulcer patients’ self-management knowledge.Evaluating the patients’ emotional condition and self-management as soon as possible is beneficial to take predictability nurse intervention measure pertinently,and is positive to prevent the disease coming on and recrudescence.更多还原
