【摘要】 目的探讨粤西高校女大学生原发性痛经发生相关因素的特点。方法随机抽取无妇科器质性病变的本校女大学生1076人,通过问卷调查方式对引起原发性痛经的相关因素进行统计分析。结果本校女大学生原发性痛经发生率高达60.22%。其相关因素主要是凉水浴、经期紧张焦虑和劳累,分别占原发性痛经者的48.92%、33.02%和14.66%。结论经期凉水浴是本校女生原发性痛经最主要的相关因素,应加强大学生经期健康教育。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the characteristic of interrelated factor of primary dysmenorrhea of female college students in the western Guangdong.Methods 1076 female college students that no organic lesion was detected by gynecologic examination were randomly selected from our university and survey the interrelated factor of their primary dysmenorrhea with questionnaire.Results The incidence of primary dysmenorrhea among female college students was 60.22% in our university and its interrelated factors were mainly cool bath,stress,anxiety and tiredness during menstrual period which were 48.92%,33.02% and 14.66% respectively.Conclusion Cool bath was mostly interlated factors of primary dysmenorrhea among female college students in our university.And it is important to strengthen health education during menstrual period for female college students.更多还原
