【摘要】 目的了解高干病房老年住院患者心理需求状况,为实施有效的心理干预提供依据。方法应用自制调查表,采用便利抽样方法,对符合入选标准的患者82例进行调查。结果整体需求高,各项需求根据年龄、住院时间、住院次数及科别的不同存在差异。结论护理人员应关注和重视高干病房老年住院患者的心理需求,根据患者不同的年龄、住院时间、住院次数及科别进行针对性的护理干预,同时护士应加强学习,提高自身的综合素质,以便更好的对高干病房老年患者进行护理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the psychological needs of elderly patients in senior cadres ward in order to provide information for appropriate and effective psychological intervention.Methods 82 elderly patients in line were selected with selected standard and surveyed with self-made questionnaire.Results The overall demand of senior cadres ward is large,but there exists differences of item need among the age,length of stay in hospital and the division.Conclusion Pay more attention to psychological needs of elderly patients in senior cadres wards.At the same time,nurses should enhance learning and improve their overall quality in order to care for elderly patients in senior cadres ward better.更多还原
