核桃壳苯酚离解活化动力学研究

【摘要】 通过不同反应温度和反应时间条件下反应体系中游离苯酚含量和残渣率的测定,运用阿伦尼乌斯方程及过渡态理论和动力学分析,探讨核桃壳-苯酚酸催化液相离解活化反应的反应机理。结果表明离解产物的游离酚含量和残渣率随反应时间的延长而减小,核桃壳-苯酚酸催化液相离解活化反应符合动力学双分子二级反应的吸热反应,其活化能为65.24 kJ/mol,指前因子为2.39×106m in-1,活化焓为65.24 kJ/mol,活化熵为-122.09 J/mo。l

【Abstract】 The reaction mechanism of dissociation and activation of walnut shell in liquefaction with phenol by acid catalyst was studied by determination of the free phenol content and residue content in the conditions of different reaction time and temperature by application of Arrhenius equation,transition theory and kinetic analysis.The results showed that the free phenol content and residue content in dissociated product decreased with the extending of reaction time.The dissociation and activation of walnut shell with phenol by acid catalyst accorded with a bimolecular second-order endothermic reaction.The activation energy,pre-exponential factor,activation enthalpy and activation entropy were 65.24 kJ/mol,2.39×106 min-1,65.24 kJ/mol,and-122.09 J/mol,respectively.
