【Abstract】 Chitosan quaternary salts were the important derivatives of chitosan,they had extensive application in environmental protection,food manufacture,preparation of antimicrobial material and drug load and its controlled release.The basic types of chitosan quaternary salts,their manufacturing process and their application in the relative fields were summarized in this paper.The developing trend on the study of chitosan quaternary salts was also prospected.更多还原
