竹炭负载氯化钙复合干燥剂的研究

【摘要】 笔者利用竹炭和氯化钙作为原材料,通过三种不同负载工艺,研制了竹炭、氯化钙的复合干燥剂。采用静态法测定三种竹炭复合干燥剂在高、低湿度下的吸湿量的变化情况,并与变色硅胶比较。同时运用电子扫描电镜观察氯化钙在竹炭表面的分布情况,结果表明:(1)三种工艺生产的竹炭复合干燥剂的吸湿性能都优于硅胶。(2)第三种工艺生产的竹炭复合干燥剂吸湿性最好,在RH=(80±1)%,T=(20±1)℃的高湿条件下,吸湿量达到40%;在RH=(40±1)%,T =(20±1)℃的低湿条件下,吸湿量达到24%。(3)通过电子扫描电镜观察,氯化钙分布在竹炭的内外表面,两者结合良好。因此,利用竹炭环保、价廉等特性,开发新型的竹炭基复合干燥剂是可行的。

【Abstract】 3 kinds of bamboo charcoal/calcium chloride desiccant were prepared by using 3 different loading processes respectively.The hygroscopic capabilities of the composite desiccants were determined with static method and compared to that of silica gel.The result showed;(1) The hygroscopic capabilities of all kinds of composite desiccants were better than that of silica gel.(2) The composite desiccant prepared using 3rd process had the best hygroscopic capability;under the high humidity condition[RH=80%,T=(20±1)℃]its hygroscopic capacity reached 40%,while under low humidity condition[RH=40%,T=(20±1)℃]reached 24%. (3) SEM results showed calcium chloride was located on inside and outside surface of bamboo charcoal and well coalesced.Because bamboo charcoal/calcium chloride composite desiccant has excellent hygroscopic capacity and is free from pollution and low cost,it is feasible to development the new composite desiccant.
