【摘要】 目的探讨切开复位可塑跟骨钢板内固定治疗移位的跟骨关节内骨折的疗效。方法对76例(82足)复杂跟骨关节内骨折行切开复位可塑跟骨钢板内固定治疗,其中39足予自体髂骨植骨。结果76例均获随访,时间12~35(22.3±3.7)个月。B hler角术前9.3°±3.2°,术后恢复到26.7°±6.8°;G issane角术前101.6°±13.3°,术后恢复到120.1°±14.2°。根据M aryland足部评分系统:优39足,良31足,可8足,差4足。结论切开复位可塑跟骨钢板内固定治疗复杂的跟骨关节内骨折,固定牢固,能早期功能锻炼,可减少并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss open reduction and internal fixation for displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures with calcaneal plastic plates.Methods 76 patients(82 feet) with displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with calcaneal plastic plates.39 feet were performed with autologous iliac bone grafting.Results 76 cases were followed up for 12~35 months(average 22.3±3.7 months).The Bhler angle of the group was recovered from 9.3°±3.2°to 26.7°±6.8° and the Gissane angle was recovered from 101.6°±13.3°to 120.1°±14.2°.The results were excellent in 39 feet,good in 31 feet,fair in 8 feet and poor in 4 feet according to Maryland foot score system.The excellent and good rate was 85.37%.Conclusions Open reduction and internal fixation with calcaneal plastic plates for displaced intra-articular calcaneal fractures is a good method,with rigid fixation and early function exercises,which can prevent complications.更多还原
