【摘要】 目的探讨应用携带肌肉的小腿内侧皮瓣修复足部软组织缺损的临床效果。方法采用携带肌肉的小腿内侧皮瓣修复足部软组织缺损9例,缺损面积:6cm×8cm～8cm×18cm。供区均选用同侧小腿。皮瓣切取面积:7cm×9cm～10cm×20cm。结果9例皮瓣均一期成活。获随访7例,时间4～13个月,皮瓣质地柔软,供区植皮处无明显瘢痕挛缩,外观及功能均满意。结论该类皮瓣成活率高,操作简单,切取方便,血供可靠,抗感染能力强,是修复足部软组织缺损较理想皮瓣。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical outcomes of foot soft tissue defects repaired by lower leg medial flap with muscle.Methods 9 cases with soft tissue defects were repaired by lower leg medial flaps with muscle.The defects were 6 cm×8 cm to 8 cm×18 cm.All flaps were harvested from ipsilateral medial leg:7 cm×9 cm to 10 cm×20 cm.Results All flaps survived.7 cases were followed up for 4～13 months.The texture of flap was soft.No severe scarring in the donor site was found.The appearance and function were good.Conclusions Ipsilateral medial leg flap has advantages of high survive rate,requires simple operation,which is ideal for repaire of foot soft tissue defect.更多还原
