【摘要】 目的探讨食管癌肉瘤和肉瘤样癌的X线表现及病理特点,以提高对其认识。资料与方法分析10例食管癌肉瘤和肉瘤样癌患者的X线、病理资料并复习文献。结果食管钡餐检查表现为食管腔内充盈缺损。病理表现为癌与肉瘤两种成分同时存在。结论食管癌肉瘤是同一肿瘤中既有癌又有肉瘤成分的复合肿瘤,食管肉瘤样癌本质是一种特殊类型的癌。当食管吞钡见腔内充盈缺损,且病变段有梭形扩张时,应考虑本病可能。两者手术切除预后较好,区分两者实用意义不大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the X-ray manifestation and pathological characteristics of esophageal carcinosarcoma and esophageal sarcomatoid carcinoma,and to improve understanding of the two diseases. Materials and Methods X-ray manifestation and pathological materials of 10 cases of esophageal carcinosarcoma or esophageal sarcomatoid carcinoma were studied,related literatures were reviewed at the same time. Results Esophageal barium swallow found filling defeat in esophageal,and pathological examination investigate that carcinoma tissue and sarcoma tissue were both existence. Conclusion Esophageal carcinosarcoma is a mixed tumor that contains carcinoma tissue and sarcoma tissue,and esophageal sarcomatoid carcinoma is essentially a particular carcinoma. It should be considered in possible diagnosis when the esophageal barium swallow found filling defeat in esophageal and fusiform extension of the filling-defeated esophageal segment. For both of them,surgery was the main measure of treatment with optimistic prognosis,and it is of little practical value to distinguish them in diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
