【摘要】 目的评价经皮腔内血管成形术治疗糖尿病足的临床价值。资料与方法回顾性分析糖尿病足患者资料28例,患肢32条,治疗使用专用球囊进行扩张,观察术中血管再通及治疗前后病情改善情况。结果所有患者血管内治疗均获成功,肢体血供明显改善,有效促进糖尿病足溃疡愈合。结论经皮腔内血管成形术治疗糖尿病足安全、有效,具有十分重要的临床价值,值得临床上广泛推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the clinical value of percutaneous transluminal angioplasty(PTA) in treating diabetic foot.Materials and Methods 28 patients,32 affected limbs with diabetic foot underwent angioplasty.The balloon diameter is 1.5 mm-6 mm,with length 60-120 mm and pressure 10-17bar.The patients with artery of lower popliteal artery were treated by PTA.We observed the size of ulcer,purulent secretion,granulation of raw surface and arteriopalmus of dorsal pedal artery in order to evaluate the revascularization during operation.Results The technical successful rate was 100% with no complication occurred.The symptoms were relieved in all patients after treatment,including promotion of lower extremity arterialblood perfusion,reducing range of ampulation and wound healing after amputation.Conclu-sion PTA shows safe and good clinical result and ought to be recommended in treating diabetic patients with peripheral arterial diseases,especially the lower extremity ischemia.更多还原
