【摘要】 目的探讨CT鉴别软组织良恶性肿瘤的价值。资料与方法搜集经手术或穿刺活检病理证实的40例软组织肿瘤患者的CT资料,对肿瘤大小、形态、边界、密度及其与周围组织的关系进行回顾性CT影像分析,并探讨这些征象在鉴别诊断中的价值。结果18例良性肿瘤和18例恶性肿瘤通过CT征象可以做出正确的良恶性鉴别诊断。结论CT能明确软组织肿瘤的特征、范围以及肿瘤与周围组织的关系,在软组织良恶性肿瘤的鉴别诊断中有重要的价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of CT in the differential diagnosis of soft tissue benign and malignant tumors.Materials and Methods 40 cases with pathologically proved soft tissue tumors were selected.The lesion size,morphology,margin,density and relationship of the tumor to adjacent structures on CT were retrospectively analyzed.Results Correct differential diagnosis was made in 18 benign and 18 malignant tumors.Conclusion CT can define the nature and extent of soft tissue tumors,exactly demonstrate the relationship of the tumor to adjacent structures,and has an important value in differential diagnosis of benign and malignant tumors.更多还原
