【摘要】 目的探讨64层螺旋CT肾动脉造影中使用低剂量对比剂的可行性。资料与方法60例临床疑有肾动脉病变患者按随机分类法分成3个使用不同剂量对比剂组(2.0ml/kg体重、1.5ml/kg体重、1.0ml/kg体重),每组20例,而后行64层螺旋CT肾动脉造影检查。每组分别测量腹主动脉及双侧肾动脉CT值进行比较;对图像按优、良、差作3级评价。结果3组腹主动脉及双侧肾动脉CT值均>200HU,差异无统计学意义。肾动脉显像在3组病例中均能达到优或良,合计优良率均为100%(20/20),图像评分上3组间差异也无统计学意义。结论64层螺旋CT肾动脉造影中,使用低剂量对比剂可以获得满意的肾动脉图像,同时也可减轻患者经济负担,减少对比剂对肾功能的影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the feasibility of low dose contrast medium in renal artery CT angiography(CTA) using 64-slice spiral CT.Materials and Methods 60 patients suspected with renal artery lesions performed renal artery CTA.The patients were randomly divided into three groups with 20 patients each according to the contrast medium dosage of 2.0 ml/kg,1.5 ml/kg,and 1.0 ml/kg.CT attenuation values of the abdominal aortic artery(AAA) and bilateral renal artery(RA) were measured and the image qualities were evaluated and recorded as excellent,good,and poor for each group.Results CT attenuation values of both the AAA and RA were over 200 HU,and there was no significant difference among the three groups.The image qualities of RA in three groups were well delineated as excellent or good and also there was no significant difference.Conclusion It is feasible to use low dose contrast medium in 64-slice spiral CTA for the renal arteries.It may reduce the patients’ expenses and the potential risk of contrast nephropathy.更多还原
