【摘要】 目的探讨脊柱Langerhans细胞组织细胞增生症的MRI特点,提高其MR诊断准确性。资料与方法回顾性分析13例经病理证实的脊柱Langerhans细胞组织细胞增生症,术前均行MR平扫,其中4例行MR增强扫描。结果3例多发,10例单发,共18个椎体发病。其中颈椎4例、胸椎7例、腰椎2例。13例均有椎体骨质破坏;伴软组织肿块3例5个椎体;5例7个椎体有椎旁软组织肿胀;软组织肿块坏死囊变出现分层1例1个椎体。增强扫描的4例,破坏的椎体明显强化,椎旁软组织也明显强化。结论脊柱Langerhans细胞组织细胞增生症的MRI表现有一定的特征,MRI能够为临床准确诊断提供重要的影像学依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the MRI features of Langerhans’ cell histiocytosis in spine.Materials and Meth-ods Thirteen cases of Langerhans’cell histiocytosis in spine proved by pathology were retrospectively analyzed.MRI scans were performed in all the 13 cases.Contrast MRI scans were performed in 4 cases.Results There were 18 vertebral bodies destructed in the 13 cases.Ten patients presented with single lesion,and 3 patients presented with multi lesions.The lesions located in cervical vertebra in 4 cases,thoracic vertebra in 7 cases,lumbar spine in 2 cases.The vertebral destructed displayed in 13 cases.Among them,,vertebral destructed with soft tissue mass were detected in 3 cases,with soft tissue engorgement in 5 cases,with asymmetrical and demixing soft tissue mass in 1 case.The lesions in 4 patients were markedly enhanced on contrast MRI scan.Conclusion The MRI appearances of the spine Langerhans cell histiocytosis have some characteristics.MRI can effectively define the destruction of vertebral,soft tissue mass and the soft tissue near the spine,which is very helpful in the accurate diagnosis of spine Langerhans cell histiocytosis.更多还原
