64层螺旋CT三维重组对颅骨卵圆孔的观测研究

【摘要】 目的研究颅底骨卵圆孔的走行方向和倾斜角度,为临床工作提供依据。资料与方法应用64层螺旋CT三维重组对200例成人颅底骨卵圆孔行矢状位和冠状位多平面重组(multi-planar reconstruction,MPR)并进行观测。结果矢状位重组时卵圆孔走行由后上向前下倾斜共386侧,占96.5%;前上后下倾斜共14侧,占3.5%;卵圆孔的平均倾斜角度右侧为(18.72±9.59)°,左侧为(18.37±9.56)°,总计(18.55±9.55)°。冠状位重组时卵圆孔走行由内上向外下倾斜共381侧,占95.25%;外上向内下倾斜共8侧,占2%,与正中矢状线平行共11侧,占2.75%;卵圆孔的平均倾斜角度右侧为(19.66±10.09)°,左侧为(21.25±9.04)°,总计(20.46±9.59)°。在矢状位上卵圆孔倾斜角度左右两侧及左侧男女间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论64层螺旋CT三维重组可以更直观、准确地了解卵圆孔的走行方向和倾斜角度,为临床工作和人类学研究提供依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the tilt angle and direction of foramen ovale course of the skull base bone by 3D reconstruction of 64-slice spiral CT and provide a basis for clinical work.Materials and Methods We studied the ovale foramens of 200 adult on sagittal and coronal images by multi planar reconstruction(MPR).Results Anteroinferior 96.5%(386/400)and posterosuperior 3.5%(14/400) course of ovale foramens appeared on the sagittal images.Three different directions of ovale foramen were exo-inferior 95.25%(381/400),intero-inferior 2%(8/400) and parallel with sagittal line of center 2.75%(11/400) on the coronal images.The average tilt angle of ovale foramen was(18.72±9.59)° on right side,(18.37±9.56)° on left side,(18.55±9.55)° bilateral side by the sagittal reconstruction and(19.66±10.09)° on right side,(21.25±9.04)° on left side,(20.46±9.59)° bilateral side with coronal reconstruction.There was significant difference at tilt angle in bilateral side of all samples(P<0.05).Conclusion 3D reconstruction with 64-slice CT can observe directly and accurately the direction and tilt angle of ovale foramen.
