【摘要】 目的分析肺结核病人死亡原因,为结核病防治提供科学依据。方法对1989年1月～2008年12月在我院住院252例肺结核死亡病历进行统计分析。结果肺结核死亡的直接原因以慢性心肺功能不全为第一,其次为病变进展恶化和全身衰竭。结论肺结核病死率随年龄而增长,老年肺结核及男性患者病死率高。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To provide scientific evidence for prevention and cure of tuberculosis by analyzing the cause of death of pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods A statistical analysis was conducted on cases of death of pulmonary tuberculosis in-patients at our hospital from January 1989 to December 2008.Results Regarding the direct cause of death of pulmonary tuberculosis,the first one was chronic cardiac insufficiency,The second was progression even deterioration of disease and general failure.Conclusion The mortality of pulmonary tuberculosis is increased with the age,The old and the male is with higher mortality.更多还原
