【摘要】 目的检测成年哮喘患者血清特异性IgE,查找诱发哮喘的过敏原,指导哮喘的治疗。方法选用AllergyScreen过敏原体外诊断试剂盒,对83例成年哮喘急性发作患者进行血清特异性IgE检测。结果血清特异性IgE阳性共46例(55.42%),户尘螨、屋尘和花粉为主要诱发哮喘的过敏原;中青年哮喘患者血清特异性IgE阳性率与老年哮喘患者相比有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论检测哮喘患者的血清特异性IgE对哮喘的临床诊断和治疗有重要的参考价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To find the sensitinogen that induced asthma by detection of the serological specific IgE in adult asthmatic patients,which may provide the way of the treatment of asthma. Methods The serological specific IgE of 83 adult patients with asthma attack were detected extracorporeally by using allergyScreen sensitinogen diagnostic reagent kits. Results The serological specific IgE were positive in 46 cases (55.42%). Asthma was mainly induced by sensitinogen such as house dust mites,pollen and house dust. There was significant difference between the positive rate of serological specific IgE in middle-aged and youthful asthmatic patients and that in elderly asthmatic patients (P<0.05). Conclusion The detection of serological specific IgE in asthmatic patients has important referential value for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of asthma更多还原
