【摘要】 目的探讨结核性腹膜炎诊断和治疗方法。方法对我院收治的42例结核性结核病患者结合血液学指标、腹水常规检查、腹水结核菌检查、影像学检查给予明确诊断,采用内科常规药物治疗和外科手术治疗。结果通过各项诊断方法及时诊断,合理用药,治疗总有效率达80.95%。结论联合不同诊断方法,正确诊断,联合长期用药,必要配以手术治疗,可提高结核性腹膜炎临床诊治水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the methods of clinical diagnosis for tuberculous peritonitis.Methods 42 patients with tuberculous peritonitis were performed with the examinations of hematol index, abdominal dropsy, mycobacterium tuberculosis of abdominal dropsy, and imageology. After final diagnosis being made, they were given the routine drug treatment of internal medicine and surgical intervention.Results Total treatment effective rate was 80.95% by means of prompt diagnosis and reasonable medication.Conclusion The level of clinical diagnosis and treatment for tuberculous peritonitis could be elevated by making the correct final diagnosis combined with the different ways and with the routine drug treatment of internal medicine and surgical intervention.更多还原
