【摘要】 目的了解利福平注射液对肺结核的治疗效果。方法将80例肺结核患者随机分为利福平注射液组和利福平胶囊组对照,观察疗效。结果利福平注射液组疗效确切且较口服利福平组胃肠道副作用少,疗程缩短。结论利福平注射液在肺结核的治疗中具有局部药物浓度高,作用快,副作用小的特点,其治愈率高,有较好的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo evaluate the therapeutic effect of Rifampicin injection in pulmonary tuberculosis.MethodsThe total 80 patients of pulmonary tuberculosis were divided into two groups at random: the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group were given Rifampicin injection and other antituberculosis drugs;the control group was given Rifampicin capsules and other antituberculosis drugs.The symptoms,therapeutic effect and side effect were observed.ResultsRifampicin injection have higher efficacy and less side effect than Rifampicin capsules.And it can reduce the duration of treatment.ConclusionIt is indicated the regime of using Rifampicin injection in treating pulmonary tuberculosis has high drug concentration in the local place,which results in higher cure rate,quicker concent ration,and fewer side effects.It is of great value in the clinical practice.更多还原
