【摘要】 目的比较耦合剂与水剂两种介质下聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎的临床疗效。方法采用聚焦超声治疗的1559例慢性宫颈炎患者,随机分为耦合剂介导组841例,水剂介导组718例。随访并评价两组慢性宫颈炎的效果和副反应。结果耦合剂组治疗总有效率为97.3%,其中治愈705例,显效99例,有效14例,无效23例。水剂组治疗总有效率为96.9%,其中治愈323例,显效196例,有效177例,无效22例。两组间总有效率比较差异无统计学意义;耦合剂组一次性治愈率(83.8%,705/841)高于水剂组(45.0%,323/718),p<0.01;两组临床疗效皆与宫颈糜烂程度及病理类型有关,治疗后副反应评分无差异。结论应用聚焦超声治疗慢性宫颈炎采用耦合剂作为介质,可显著提高临床疗效,减少副反应和并发症。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To compare the clinical effect of coupling medium and water in focused ultrasound treatment of chronic cervicitis.Methods One thousand five hundred and fifty - nine patients with chronic cervicitis were treated by focused ultrasound.They were randomly divided into coupling medium group(n =841 ) and water group(n =718).The effect and adverse effect of two groups were evaluated and followed up after the treatment.Results The total effective rate of coupling medium group was 97.3%,705 cases were cured,99 cases were excellent,14 cases were effective and 23 cases were ineffective.While the total effective rale of water group was 96.9%,323 cases were cured,196 cases were excellent,177 cases were effective and 22 cases were ineffective.There was no significant difference of total effective rate between the two groups. The cure rate in coupling medium group(83.8%,705/841 ) was higher than that in water group(45.0%,323/718 ),P<0.01. The total efficiency rate in two groups was associated with the degree of cervical erosion and the type of pathology.There was no significant difference of adverse effect in the two groups after treatment.Conclusion Chronic cervicitis treatment by focused ultrasound with coupling medium can improve the clinical effect obviously with few adverse effects and complications.更多还原
