【摘要】 目的探讨完全阻断睾丸动脉对睾丸存活的影响。方法雄性大白兔30只,随机平均分成三组:完全阻断右侧睾丸动脉致睾丸缺血3h(A组)、6h(B组)及12h(C组)后解除阻断,阻断前后分别行二维和彩色多普勒频谱检查,观察睾丸实质和睾丸动脉血流动力学变化。主要检测指标为右睾丸动脉收缩末期最高血流速度(Vs)、舒张末期最高血流速度(Vd)及阻力指数(RI))。取该侧睾丸组织作病理切片,在光镜和透射电镜下观察睾丸组织坏死情况。结果各组动物在解除睾丸动脉阻断后,睾丸二维声像图和睾丸动脉血流动力学均有相应变化,阻断时间越长Vs、Vd降低及RI增大越明显,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),睾丸实质细胞发生不同程度的坏死。结论睾丸血供发生障碍后,彩色多普勒超声能检测睾丸血供情况并判断睾丸是否存活。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of testis survivorship after complete block of testicular artery. Methods Thirty male rabbits were randomly divided into three groups,right testicular artery was completely blocked for three hours in group A,six hours in group B,and twelve hours in group C,then the block was relieved.Gray-scale and color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI) were performed before and after the artery block.The hemodynamics changes of testis parenchyma and testicular artery were observed,and the main detection indexes included the max blood flow velocity of right testicular artery in end-systole (Vs),the max blood flow velocity in end-diastole(Vd)and resistance index(RI).Pathological section was performed on testicular tissue,the condition of testis necrosis under optical microscope and electron microscopy was observed.Results After testicular artery block,testis hemodynamics and two-dimensional sonograms were changed obviously in all the groups.Vs,Vd were decreased and RI was increased with the block time increased.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05). Parenchyma necrosis of testis was observed in various degrees.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound can detect blood supply and determine survivorship of testis after blood flow obstacle.更多还原
