【摘要】 目的探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声在侵蚀性葡萄胎化疗监测中的应用价值。方法经阴道超声监测31例侵蚀性葡萄胎患者化疗过程中子宫病灶的情况;并于化疗结束后6个月及1年超声随访。结果①本组侵蚀性葡萄胎局灶型26例(84%)和弥漫型5例(16%)。②化疗过程中对药物敏感者占68%(21/31);耐药者占32%(10/30);③侵蚀性葡萄胎化疗治愈后,局灶型病灶子宫复旧正常96%(25/26),1例宫角部形成囊肿样血窦;弥漫型病灶子宫均复旧正常。结论经阴道彩色多普勒超声对侵蚀性葡萄胎早期诊断、指导化疗、判断预后有重要的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the application value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in monitoring invasive mole chemotherapy. Methods Thirty-one patients with invasive mole were monitored by transvaginal ultrasound,and the condition of uterine involution during chemotherapy was observed,then ultrasonic re-examination and follow-up were performed at six months and one year after chemotherapy. Results According to sonogram appearance,invasive mole ultrasonic imaging were divided into focal type (84%,26/31) and diffuse type (16%,5/31). During chemotherapy,68% (21/31) patients were drug sensitive,32% (10/30) patients were drug resistant. After chemotherapy,96% (25/26) uterine involution became normal in focal type,while all the uterine involution became normal in diffuse type,and one case had blood sinus in cornua uteri. Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler has important significance in early diagnosis,chemotherapy guidance and prognosis judgment of invasive mole.更多还原
