【摘要】 目的探讨急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的超声表现,明确超声诊断急性肠系膜淋巴结炎的检测指标。方法对110例经临床确诊的急性肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿(炎症组)和110例健康儿童(对照组)的肠系膜淋巴结超声表现进行对照分析。结果炎症组肠系膜淋巴结的分布、纵横径、内部回声及彩色血流信号分布等指标与正常对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对急性肠系膜淋巴结的诊断,淋巴结的大小并非特异性的指标,而其多项超声表现均有一定的诊断价值,需各项指标综合分析作出诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the ultrasonic features of acute mesenteric lymphnoditis in order to make the ultrasonic diagnosis indexes clearly.Methods One hundred and ten children with mesenteric lymphnoditis confirmed by clinical diagnosis(the inflammation group) and 110 healthy children(the control group)were enrolled in this study,then their ultrasonic appearances were compared and analyzed.Results There were significant difference between inflammation group and control group in location,length,transverse diameter,internal echoes and distribution of blood signals of mesenteric lymphnoditis(P<0.05).Conclusion The size of the mesenteric lymph node is not the specific index for diagnosis of acute mesenteric lymphnoditis.And the ultrasonic appearances of mesenteric lymphnoditis has important value in diagnosis of this disease.更多还原
