超声造影微血流显像评估大鼠直肠癌肿瘤微循环

【摘要】 目的应用超声造影微血流显像(MFI)技术观察大鼠皮下直肠癌肿瘤微循环。方法制备大鼠皮下直肠癌肿瘤模型,用MFI技术结合自制超声微泡造影剂观察6只大鼠肿瘤微循环,并与彩色多普勒血流显像对比。取肿瘤组织HE染色后测量肿瘤内部最大微血管直径。结果MFI技术可较清晰完整地显示肿瘤内微细血管形态及分布特征,明显优于彩色多普勒血流显像;而病理结果显示肿瘤内部最大血管内径为(40.82±11.17)μm。结论MFI技术为肿瘤微循环的研究提供了一种新的无创、动态监测手段。

【Abstract】 Objective To observe tumor microcirculation of subcutaneous rectal cancer in rats by micro flow imaging (MFI) technique.Methods Rat subcutaneous rectal tumor models were prepared,tumor microcirculation of six rats were observed by MFI technique combined with home-made ultrasound microbubble contrast agent,and then the results of MFI were compared with that of color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI).The largest tumor vessel inside the tumors was calculated after histology stain (HE stain) of the tumors.Results MFI technique clearly revealed the appearance and distribution features of intratumoral capillary vessels which was obviously superior to CDFI technique.The internal diameter of the largest vessels inside the tumors was (40.82±11.17) μm,which was obviously beyond the measurement capability of CDFI technique.Conclusion MFI technique provides a new,non-invasive and dynamic observation method for tumor microcirculation study.
