【摘要】 目的探讨结核感染T细胞斑点试验(T.SPOT-TB)在小儿肺结核诊断中的意义。方法对2006年10月-2007年12月新疆医科大学第一临床医院0～14岁75例疑似肺结核患儿进行T.SPOT-TB检测,其结果与最终诊断相比较,并与PPD试验、结核抗体检测结果进行对比。结果T.SPOT-TB灵敏度为80.6%,特异度为89.5%。在结核病组中,T.SPOT-TB阳性率显著高于PPD试验与结核抗体检测阳性率(48.4%、15%,P<0.01)。结论T.SPOT-TB诊断小儿肺结核敏感、快速、准确,对儿童肺结核有早期诊断价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical application of T.SPOT-TB test in diagnosis of childhood pulmonary tuberculosis.Methods Total of 75 children aged from 0 -14 years suspected of pulmonary tuberculosis were enrolled and performed T.SPOT-TB test.The T.SPOT-TB results were compared with the final diagnoses as well as the results of PPD test and tuberculosis antibody test.Results The sensitivity and specificity of T.SPOT-TB test were 80.6%,89.5% respectively.The positive rate of T.SPOT-TB test was significantly higher than those of PPD test and tuberculosis antibody test(48.4%,15%) in children with pulmonary tuberculosis(P<0.01).Conclusions T.SPOT-TB test is a sensitive,fast and accurate test to diagnose childhood pulmonary tuberculosis.It can be applied in early diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis in children.更多还原
