教师如何迈向以学习为主导的专业发展之旅

【摘要】 现代教师作为成人学习者面临专业发展学习的需求;作为教学研究者需要积极回应专业成长的环境机遇;作为专业自主发展者要突破教学惯习,超越个人视野,掌握自我发展的主动权。提倡从理解教师内在的专业精神力量养成过程,到教师专业发展外部环境相结合的由内到外的养成学习。

【Abstract】 Today’s teachers,as adult learners,have to face the challenges of professional development in a bid to actively respond to such environmental opportunity for their professional growth as instructional researchers.To develop their professions independently,they should make a breakthrough in teaching conventions,transcend personal horizons and take the initiative in self-development.The inside-out nurturing learning should be advocated to integrate teachers’ professional spirits into their developmental environments.
