【Abstract】 The survey shows that teachers’ training in Ningbo is in a critical period of transition from "task-oriented" to "service-oriented".Such a change reflects in the concept of pursuing "peopleoriented" thinking.As to the mechanism,it reflects in establishing of "joint development between urban and rural " teachers’ training system.The survey fully shows that if we want to realize the "sound and rapid " development of Ningbo primary and secondary school teachers’ training,we must insist on the guidance of Scientific Outlook on Development.更多还原
