花培选育寒地水稻抗瘟新种质试验研究

【摘要】 本研究应用以花培技术为核心的生物技术与常规育种、抗病育种等有机结合而形成的高效创新寒地早粳优异种质的关键技术,把籼稻抗源(佳禾早占)转入寒地粳稻,育成优质抗瘟高产新品种龙粳25,寒地原有抗源种质的抗瘟基因聚合获得新的抗瘟种质如龙花96-1484等,以期应用于寒地水稻育种。并通过分析获得的花培后代在黑龙江省不同稻瘟病区的表现,来推测水稻育种中应用的稻瘟病骨干亲本的抗病基因数量、抗病基因位点及骨干亲本的应用前景。

【Abstract】 Combining biological technique with conventional breeding and disease-resistance breeding,the highly efficient and innovative key technology for excellent early japonica rice germplasm enhancement in cold area aims at transforming resistance source of indica rice(Jiahezaozhan) into japonica rice in cold region to create new rice blast resistance germplasm which could be applied to rice breeding.The gene numbers,resistant gene loci and the prospects of elite parent in future rice variety development were predicted through the analyses of performance of offsprings at different rice blast occurring areas in Heilongjiang.
