缓倾斜矿体开采中降低矿石损失的机械解决方法

【摘要】 缓倾斜矿体的开采是世界性采矿难题,国内外目前尚无有效回收回采残留在底板上的崩落矿石的方法。通过对薄矿脉开采损失的理论分析,首次在国内引进新型高陡坡耙装机采集采场底板上的残留矿石。试验证明该设备降低了缓倾斜矿体开采的二次损失和矿石贫化率,使矿石回收率提高到97.5%,矿石品位提高1~2个百分点,显著增加了矿山的社会效益和经济效益。

【Abstract】 The exploitation of gently inclined ore body is a worldwide tough issue of mining at present,because there still isn’t an effective method to recover caved ore on stope floor at home and abroad.By the theoretical analysis on the ore loss in the mining of narrow vein,Guizhou Kailin Group has introduced a new rake loader with high gradient capacity to recover the remnant ore on stope floor.It has been proved that the rake loader can reduce secondary ore loss and ore dilution in the mining of gently inclined ore body.By appling the rake loader,in the mine the recovery of ore is increased up to 97.5%,and the grade of ore is increased by 1%~2%,so its social and economic benefits has greatly improved.
