【摘要】 地方高校重点学科已逐渐成为地区的教学、科学研究和社会服务三大功能的基本"平台"。针对目前高校重点学科建设"一刀切"的评价模式,本文在针对具有地方高校重点学科建设特征基础上,在重点学科选拔、建设和验收期评价指标中,引入"价值管理"理念。基于地方高校学科建设的特点,构建地方高校重点学科选拔、建设和验收的评估模型,并以软件实现,从而为地方高校学科建设的科学、有效地评价提供依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Key disciplines for local university have gradually become three basic"platform",that is academic areas of teaching, scientific research,and social service.To deal with the problems that the current construction of key disciplines in colleges and universities imposes uniformity on the evaluation model,"value management"concept was introduced to the key disciplines in the selection,construction,inspection,and evaluation based on the characteristics of the construction of key disciplines for local university.Subsequently,on the basis of the characteristics,the evaluation model of key disciplines is built using the software method.更多还原
