不同厚度Ta-2.5wt%W合金箔材退火行为的研究
Study on Annealing Behaviors of Ta-2.5wt%W Alloy Foil with Different Thickness
【摘要】 通过显微硬度测试、金相显微镜和透射电镜观察,研究了Ta-2.5wt%W合金不同状态下的性能与组织的变化。结果表明:Ta-2.5wt%W合金冷轧态硬度可达240左右,同一厚度Ta-2.5wt%W合金在退火过程中,其硬度均随退火温度的升高而不断降低。厚度为0.068 mm的Ta-2.5wt%W合金在1 200℃退火时开始发生再结晶,而在1360℃退火时,发生完全再结晶且晶粒粗大。几种不同厚度Ta-2.5wt%W合金在退火过程中,随着试样厚度的不断变薄,其开始再结晶温度依次降低。不同厚度Ta-2.5wt%W合金经同一温度退火后,其回复再结晶程度也随试样厚度的变薄而有所加剧。
【Abstract】 The mechanical properties and microstructures of Ta-2.5wt%W alloy under different conditions are studied by micro-hardness test,TEM and metallographic observation.The results show that the hardness of cold-rolled Ta-2.5wt%W alloy reaches to 240.During the annealing,the hardness of Ta-2.5wt%W alloy with same thickness gradually falls with the increase of annealing temperature.The recrystallization of Ta-2.5wt%W alloy with 0.068 mm thickness occurs at 1200 ℃,while its complete recrystallization occurs at 1360 ℃,with coarse grains.The initial recrystallization temperature of Ta-2.5wt%W alloys with different thickness falls with the samples′ becoming thinner in the process of annealing.When Ta-2.5wt%W alloys with different thickness are annealed at the same temperature,the recovery degree of recrystallization increases with the samples′ becoming thinner as well.
