无铁污染搅拌球磨法制备高纯超细硅微粉的研究

【摘要】 用钇稳定氧化锆球为研磨介质,在研磨桶内壁和搅拌器都衬以聚氨酯的搅拌磨设备中粉磨制备高纯超细硅微粉。研究了硅微粉特征参数D50随搅拌粉磨时间的变化规律,考察了钇稳定氧化锆球对硅微粉的污染程度,分析和探讨了1μm以下超细硅微粉的化学成分和形貌特征。实验证明,搅拌磨细磨石英砂可获得1μm以下的高纯超细硅微粉,但难以获得球形硅微粉。

【Abstract】 Using yttrium-stabilized ziconia balls as grinding media,high purity and ultrafine quartz micropowders were prepared by pulverizing in the agitation mill in which the grinding tube interior and agitator lined with the polyurethane.The change law of D50 with the variations of grinding time of the agitation mill was studied and the contamination level of yttrium-stabilized zirconia balls on quartz micropowders was investigated.The chemical composition and shape characters of ultrafine quartz micropowders below 1 μm were analized and discussed.The experimental results show that high purity and ultrafine quartz micropowders below 1 μm can be obtained by grinding quartz sand by agitation mill but it is difficult to obtain sperical quartz micropowders.
