【摘要】 将知识整合作为调节变量引入外部社会资本与核心能力之间关系的研究,以北京和广州企业的样本为研究对象,以外部社会资本为前因变量,探讨在不同的知识整合水平下,它对核心能力的影响。研究结果发现,外部社会资本对核心能力具有显著的正向影响,相对于低水平的知识整合水平而言,高水平的知识整合水平更能促进外部社会资本对核心能力的影响程度,更有利于外部社会资本对核心能力的作用的发挥,知识整合在外部社会资本与核心能力的关系之间起着正向调节作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The paper takes knowledge integration as moderator into the relationship between external social capital and core competence.Based on a sample of Beijing and Guangzhou enterprises,the study explores the predicting effect of external social capital on core competence under different knowledge integration level.Results reveal that external social capital has a direct and significant impact on core competence,compared to low-level knowledge integration,high-level will reinforce the relationship between external social capital and core competence,and knowledge integration acts as a moderating role between them.更多还原
