【摘要】 分析了学术期刊评价中政府、专业评价机构、期刊社、科研人员之间的关系。认为学术期刊适当多分级有利于调动科研力量相对薄弱的高校与科研院所科研人员的积极性;对科研人员的评价要重视学术质量而不是看重发表其论文的学术期刊级别;对专业评价机构数量的增加要适当进行控制;在学术期刊评价中不能光评优而不评劣,要整顿偏离学术期刊正确办刊道路的少数不合格期刊;要加强学术期刊评价的管理与监督。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper analyzes relationship among government, professional evaluation organization, magazine and researchers in academic journal evaluation. The result shows more journal classification may enhance researchers’ positivity in universities and scientific research institution in weakness areas. Researcher paper’s quality is more important than paper published journal classification. The number of professional academic organizations should be restricted. Some lower quality academic journals should be neatened. The government should enhance the management and intendance of academic evaluation organizations.更多还原
