【Abstract】 Capabilities for integrating resources elsewhere is the key to the success of new venturing.Based on the research by Henderson and Cockburn(1994) ,this article develops the concept of ’architectural capabilities’,combined with literature review,theoretical analysis and empirical studies.This article highlights that architectural capabilities is a six-dimension concept,consisting of capabilities in opportunity recognition,strategy management,organization management,relationship management,organization learning and commitment.In addition,based on 406 questionnaires,this article verifies the validity and reliability of this concept.更多还原
