【摘要】 针对如何评价科研项目同行评议专家水平的问题,分析了评价同行评议专家水平应考虑的主要因素,建立了一套包括科研活跃程度、评审业绩和工作态度等三个方面的评价指标体系,并进一步给出了各指标的度量方法,在此基础上,结合科研项目评审工作的实际需求,采用加权和法计算同行评议专家水平的评价值并进行排序,最后通过一个算例说明了给出方法的应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 The purpose of this paper is to study an evaluation problem for the level of peer reviewer in research projects selection.Firstly,according to needs of practice of the projects review work,an index system involving research activity,review performance and working attitude are established.Then,based on such system,a simple sum method for the level of peer reviewer is proposed.Finally,an example is given to show the application of the proposed method.更多还原
