【摘要】 交易成本和核心竞争力理论对外包的解释都一定程度上忽视了社会网络的作用。将社会网络分为先赋性社会网络和建构性社会网络,分析了两种社会网络对外包建立和治理的影响。先赋性社会网络在外包建立过程中发挥重要作用,而建构性社会网络对外包治理影响很大。建构性社会网络一般可以分为计算阶段、了解阶段和认同阶段,这三个阶段外包治理常常采用不同的方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Transaction cost and core competitiveness ignore the effects of society network in some extent when they trying to explain outsourcing. This article divides social network into two parts: relational embeddedness social network and structural embeddedness social network. Then it analyzes the effects of those two types of social network to outsourcing constructing and management. Relational embeddedness social network playing an important role in outsource constructing, while structural embeddedness social network has great impact on outsource management. Structural embeddedness social network usually can be divided into three stages: calculating, understanding, and recognizing, and it using different methods to manage each stage.更多还原
