【摘要】 基于社会交换视角阐述了企业内隐性知识流动机制。结合交换行为主义、交换结构主义、交换网络理论对企业内隐性知识流动进行解释,阐释了隐性知识流动满足社会交换理论的假设以及满足社会交换关系的形态;论述了企业内隐性知识流动中的社会交换原则、社会交换媒介、社会交换动机,指出公平互惠原则是其核心原则,互惠、声誉、利他和信任是其主要媒介,内在动机和内在报酬是其主要动因。更多还原

【Abstract】 The mechanism of tacit knowledge flow in corporation is studied from the perspective of social exchange.Combined with the theory of exchange behavior,the theory of exchange structure,the theory of exchange network,tacit knowledge flow in corporation is explained.It is demonstrated that tacit knowledge flow meets the assumption of social exchange theory and the pattern of social exchange.Social exchange principle,social exchange medium,and social exchange motive of tacit knowledge flow in corporation are illustrated.The principle of fair reciprocity is the core principle.Reciprocity,reputation,altruism and trust are main medium.Intrinsic motive and intrinsic reward are the main driving force.更多还原
