【Abstract】 Presents the concept of knowledge work efficiency in the modern manufacturing context, gives a definition of it from the perspectives of tools, objects and cognitive psychology nature of knowledge work in modern manufacturing enterprises, and describes its essential nature, subjectivity, synergy and uncertainty. Proposes a cognitive model for knowledge workers in the modern manufacturing context, puts forward a denotation model of the concept containing two dimensionalities of subject and knowledge work type, and elaborates the denotation from the dimensionality of knowledge work type.更多还原
