【摘要】 随着信息技术在组织中大规模的应用,信息技术专业人员与业务部门的联系日益增多,该类跨边界活动使信息技术人员的角色压力问题日益突出。采用实证的方法,分析了不同人口统计变量下信息技术专业人员角色压力的特征。结果显示,我国信息技术人员没有角色模糊的压力,而角色冲突和角色超载压力突出;年龄、工作年限和学历对角色模糊有显著影响,性别、工作年限和管理层次对角色冲突有显著影响,性别等5个人口统计变量对角色超载有显著影响。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the using of information technology in the organization, the information technology professionals have to keep in touch with the business department the more. The boundary acting makes the professionals’ role stress problem standing out. By using the empirical methodology, this paper analyzes the effect of demography on the information technology professionals’ role stress. Main findings and conclusions of this paper are as follow: there isn’t role ambiguity in the information technology professionals and the role conflict and role overload are significant; the age, period of work experience and educational background have significant effect on role ambiguity; the gender, period of work experience and management level have significant effect on role conflict; all the 5 demography variables have significant effect on role overload.更多还原
