【Abstract】 Modular innovation upgrades the innovation modes through knowledge specialization and multi-level coordination. Modular innovation realizes the advantage of value creation by integration of functional modules, which depends on the efficient integration of knowledge. Since knowledge is distributed, knowledge integration is networking in modular innovation, which integrates knowledge to create option value for customers and releases more power of technique by making rules evolving.
