【摘要】 利用随机前沿方法对我国电子信息业的技术创新绩效进行分析。实证结果表明:资本及人力投入是行业创新绩效提升的主导,表明电子信息业仍处于对资本及人力依赖的粗放型经济运行状态;科技人员对电子信息业创新绩效提升的贡献还很有限;专利技术拥有量对创新绩效提升具有重要意义;东部地区的创新绩效明显优于中、西部地区,但西部地区近年来创新绩效上升的趋势明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 By using Stochastic Frontier Approach, this paper analyzes China’s electronic information industry’s innovation performance. The empirical result indicates: (1) Capital and employees are the main factors for the enhancement of innovation performance, which proofs that the electronic industry is still in low performance status. (2) The performance of technicians is limited. (3) The amount of exclusives plays important roles for the improvement of innovation performance. (4) The innovation performance in east area takes advantage of other areas, but the innovation performance in western area improves fast in these years.更多还原
