【Abstract】 This paper examines the relationships among organization learning;coordination mechanism and knowledge transfer effect in co-build mode of enterprises cooperation innovation.The sample of the study has 210 knowledge workers.The study proves that:coordination mechanism has a distinct medium between learning motive;learning ability and knowledge transfer effect.And the medium is more between learning ability and knowledge transfer effect.The results can provide some valuable hints for enterprises and scientific research institutions to improve knowledge transfer effect.更多还原
